Do you offer bulk pricing?
Whether it's a team from your organisation, a group of collaborators, or a few creative friends you want to attend with, you can register multiple people through our group checkout.
How bulk pricing works
When you purchase multiple Premium Passes in a single checkout, bulk discounts apply automatically once you hit the minimum quantity set for that summit. The discount is reflected at checkout, so you'll see the adjusted price before completing payment.
The exact threshold and discount tier varies per summit. Check the summit registration page for current details.
Registering the group at checkout
The checkout will prompt you to:
- Add the number of passes you need to your cart.
- Enter each attendee's name and email address.
- Complete payment for all passes in one transaction, using your preferred payment method.
Each pass is issued directly to the named attendee, with their own confirmation and login emails sent to the address you enter for them. That way each person has independent access from the start.
You can use your own payment method to cover all the passes; there's no requirement for each attendee to pay separately.
A few practical notes
- Each pass is issued to a named individual for personal use; the buyer doesn't retain access to passes assigned to other people.
- Double-check email addresses before submitting; any typos make it harder for attendees to log in later.
- Make sure you have permission to register the people you're signing up.
- Free Passes don't go through the bulk checkout. For Free Pass registrations, send the signup link around and have each person register themselves.
