Can I register or transfer a ticket on behalf of someone else?
Yes to registering for others, including bulk registrations through our group discount checkout. Transfers are handled differently. Here's how each works.
Registering on behalf of someone else
You can register one person or several. The most important thing is that each pass is registered to the person who'll actually be attending, using their email address.
When you fill out the registration form, enter the attendee's email address rather than your own. All access links, login emails, and summit communications go directly to whichever address is on the registration. If you use your own email, the registration sits with you and the attendee won't be able to log in.
Bulk purchasing
If you're registering multiple people in one go (for example, a team from your organisation, a group of collaborators, or a few creatives attending together), you can do it through the same checkout.
- Bulk discounts apply automatically when you purchase the minimum number of premium passes set for that summit.
- You'll enter each attendee's name and email address during checkout.
- Each pass is issued directly to the named attendee, with their own login and confirmation emails.
- You can use your own payment method to cover all registrations.
Each pass is for personal use by the named attendee. The buyer doesn't retain access to passes assigned to other people; each attendee is the licensee for their own pass.
Before you submit:
- Double-check email addresses; this is how each attendee accesses the platform.
- Make sure you have permission to register the person you're signing up.
- Each attendee receives their own confirmation and login emails.

Transferring an existing ticket
Summit passes are issued to a named attendee for personal use and aren't transferable by default. Our terms and conditions set this out in detail.
That said, we understand circumstances change. If you've purchased a Premium Pass and genuinely can't attend, get in touch and we'll consider transfer requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at our discretion, not automatic, and not all requests can be accommodated.
Free Passes
For Free Passes, transfers aren't necessary. They're free to register for, so the simplest path is to have the new attendee sign up themselves with their own email address. That way the registration is tied to them from the start and they receive all summit communications directly.
Premium Passes
To request a transfer of a Premium Pass:
- Email hello@futureative.com from the address on your registration.
- Include the name and email address of the person you'd like to transfer the pass to.
- Confirm that you're giving up your own access to that pass.
We'll let you know whether we can process the transfer. Where we can, the new attendee receives access and any future summit communications go to them rather than you.
A note on transfer conditions
If we approve a transfer, the following applies:
- Transfers go to one person; passes can't be split or shared between multiple people.
- The new attendee receives the same tier and inclusions you purchased.
- Front Row Membership (where included with an upper-tier pass) transfers along with the pass.
- Transfers can't be reversed once processed, so make sure the new attendee details are correct before we action it.
- Transfers aren't a workaround for refunds. They're for genuine handovers where someone else will use the pass instead.
If you've already started engaging with the summit
Where we can transfer a pass, the new attendee picks it up as-is, including any sessions you've already viewed.
