Accessing your Front Row benefits

Once you're a paid Front Row member, your benefits are available through your Substack account. Here's how to find them.

The benefits included with Front Row membership may change from time to time as the publication and the wider Futureative program evolve. For the current list of what's included at each tier, see futureative.substack.com.

Where your benefits live

Front Row benefits are accessed through Substack:

• Member-only posts arrive in your inbox and appear on the publication itself, the same way regular posts do
• Archived content and member-only areas unlock when you're signed in to Substack with the email address linked to your subscription
• Any discount codes, invitations to member-only sessions, or other benefits are shared through member-only posts as they become available

If you hit a paywall on content that should be available to you, double-check you're signed in to Substack with the right account.

Founding Members (Season Pass)

Founding Members get everything included at the core tier, plus full access to Futureative summits and experiences at the upgraded level. Summit access is handled through the same account; you don't need to redeem anything separately.
