How do I cancel my Front Row subscription?
You can cancel your Front Row subscription at any time through your Substack account. Here's how.
Cancelling through Substack
- Log in to Substack at substack.com
- Go to your account settings
- Find your Futureative (Front Row) subscription
- Select cancel
Substack will confirm the cancellation by email.
What happens after you cancel
- You'll continue to have access to Front Row member content until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- After your billing period ends, your access drops back to the free tier
- You can resubscribe at any time
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Cancelling means your subscription won't renew; it doesn't trigger a refund for the current period.
If you believe there's been a billing error or a major fault with the service, email hello@futureative.com and we'll look into it.
Pausing or downgrading
Substack doesn't have a pause feature for Futureative subscriptions, but you can downgrade from a paid tier to the free tier at any time through your account settings. This works the same way as cancelling: paid access continues until the end of your billing period, then drops to free.
