How do I cancel my Front Row subscription?

You can cancel your Front Row subscription at any time through your Substack account. Here's how.

Cancelling through Substack

  1. Log in to Substack at substack.com
  2. Go to your account settings
  3. Find your Futureative (Front Row) subscription
  4. Select cancel

Substack will confirm the cancellation by email.

What happens after you cancel

  • You'll continue to have access to Front Row member content until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • After your billing period ends, your access drops back to the free tier
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Cancelling means your subscription won't renew; it doesn't trigger a refund for the current period.

If you believe there's been a billing error or a major fault with the service, email hello@futureative.com and we'll look into it.

Pausing or downgrading

Substack doesn't have a pause feature for Futureative subscriptions, but you can downgrade from a paid tier to the free tier at any time through your account settings. This works the same way as cancelling: paid access continues until the end of your billing period, then drops to free.
