Can I cancel or change my order?


Once payment is accepted, orders can't be cancelled or changed. Here's the detail.


Why orders are locked in once accepted

Our merch is made to order. As soon as your payment is processed, the order moves into production. There's a very short window before production begins, so we can't reliably hold orders for changes.


If you've made a mistake at checkout

If you've just placed an order and noticed something wrong (wrong size, wrong address, duplicate purchase), email hello@futureative.com straight away with your order number. If the order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do what we can.


We can't promise anything once production has started, but we'll always try.


If we've made a mistake

If a product was listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information or images, we may need to cancel the order. If that happens, you'll be refunded in full via your original payment method, and we'll let you know what's happened.


If you've changed your mind

We don't offer change-of-mind refunds. Please check your order carefully before confirming.


Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe a product has a major fault or isn't fit for purpose, see our article on returns and refunds for merch.
