When do sessions go live, and can I watch later?
All summit sessions run on a published schedule. When you log into the summit platform, session times display in your local time zone automatically, so you don't need to do the maths.
Build your own agenda
The summit site, which we call the agenda, lets you build a custom schedule of the sessions you want to attend. You can register for individual sessions through the agenda, which adds them to your personal lineup and triggers reminders so you don't miss anything you've signed up for.
The agenda runs in chronological order and includes both sessions and any non-session segments (breaks, networking moments, and so on), so you can see the full shape of the summit day at a glance.
How you'll know what's coming up
In the lead-up to the summit, you'll receive email notifications with the full schedule, including when each session goes live in your time zone. Once you've registered for the sessions you want, the platform will also send reminders as those sessions approach.
For a refresher on how our summits work, including pre-recorded versus live sessions, see our article on how sessions run.
Can't attend live?
If time zones or scheduling make attending in real time difficult, you have a few options depending on your pass:
- Free Pass: A 48-hour replay window from the scheduled start of each session, so you have some flexibility around when you watch.
- Premium Pass: An extended replay window after the summit closes, plus lifetime access to the resources we provide. You can watch sessions on your own time throughout your access period.
Where a session is live-only with no replay, we'll flag that clearly on the session page so you know to prioritise it in real time.
