Can I change the email address on my ticket?
Yes. Email address changes need manual assistance from our team, as our platform doesn't allow attendees to update this themselves.
How to request a change:
- Email hello@futureative.com from either your old or new address.
- Include both email addresses (the one currently on your ticket, and the one you'd like it changed to).
- Mention which summit you're registered for.
What happens next:
Our team transfers your registration to the new email address and sends a confirmation once it's done. All future summit communications go to the updated address from that point.
Most requests are processed within two business days. If your summit is running imminently and you need it sorted urgently, flag that in your email and we'll prioritise it.
