How do I update my registration details?

You can update most of your registration details yourself through the platform. Here's how.

Logging in

1. Go to the summit website.
2. Click Login in the top navigation.
3. Enter the email address you registered with and click Send Login Link.
4. Click the magic link in your inbox to access your account.

Updating your profile

Once you're logged in:

1. Look for Profile or Account Settings in the top navigation.
2. Open your profile to view your current details.
3. Edit any fields you'd like to update (name, company, job title, and other profile information).
4. Save your changes.

Updates take effect immediately.

Changing your email address

Email addresses are the one detail you can't update yourself. Because all summit access is tied to the email on your registration, changes need to be processed manually by our team. See our article on changing the email address on your ticket for how to request this.
