How can I ask questions during sessions?
Each session has a Q&A tab next to the chat feature where you can submit questions for the speaker.
How it works
- Submit your question through the Q&A tab during the session.
- You can also upvote questions from other attendees. Questions with the most upvotes tend to get priority.
- Questions are moderated before they appear, which helps keep the conversation on track.
A note on responses from speakers
Most of our sessions are pre-recorded, which means the speaker isn't always present at the moment a session airs. We invite speakers to check in on their session pages and respond to questions where they can, but we can't guarantee a direct answer from every speaker for every question. Whether a speaker engages with their Q&A depends on their availability around the summit.
If you want to make sure a question reaches a speaker directly, their session page includes their preferred contact details. See our article on connecting with a speaker for more on that.
AI-assisted answers for premium pass holders
We're also exploring AI-assisted Q&A as an additional option for premium pass holders, drawing on the content of the session itself to provide responses to common questions. This is something we may experiment with on a per-summit basis, so check the summit page to see what's currently available.
A note on Q&A etiquette
Specific, focused questions tend to land best. Speakers respond well to questions that reference something they actually said and ask for a clear next layer of detail, rather than broad or open-ended prompts.
