Troubleshooting video/ audio playback issues
Technical issues can be frustrating, but most problems have quick solutions:
Video Won't Load
- Browser Troubleshooting
- Refresh your browser page
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Disable ad blockers temporarily
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Connection Issues
- Check your internet connection speed
- Close other applications using bandwidth
- Move closer to your WiFi router
- Try switching from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa)
Audio Problems
- Device Settings
- Check your device volume level
- Ensure the video player isn't muted
- Try using headphones or external speakers
- Test audio with other applications to confirm device functionality
- Platform Solutions
- Refresh the session page
- Try logging out and back in
- Check if other sessions have the same issue
- Buffering and Streaming Issues
- Pause the video for 30 seconds to allow buffering
- Lower video quality if the option is available
- Close other tabs and applications using internet
- Restart your router if problems persist
Mobile-Specific Issues
- Ensure your device has sufficient storage space
- Close other apps running in the background
- Try rotating your device orientation
- Use WiFi instead of mobile data when possible
