Can I watch sessions after they go live?

Yes, within certain windows. Here's how access works.

Release schedule

Sessions go live at scheduled times across the summit week. You can start watching as soon as a session releases. Adding sessions to your personal schedule helps you keep track of the ones you don't want to miss.

If you're in a different time zone from the summit, plan your viewing in advance so you know when each session becomes available locally.

Access windows by ticket type

  • Free Pass: A 48-hour replay window from the scheduled start of each session. Once that window closes, the session is no longer available on the Free Pass.
  • Premium Pass: You'll get extended replay access for on-demand viewing, typically a minimum of 6 months, but check the summit website for exact duration. You can watch sessions on demand, as many times as you like, for the duration of your access period.

What extended access actually means

Extended access guarantees you exclusive access to the sessions and resources on the summit website for the period stated. It's the window where you can rely on everything being there, in one place, just for ticket holders.

In practice, we often keep access open beyond that date. We also keep open the option to start publishing or sharing some of the content on other platforms after the exclusive window closes. At some point we may need to archive the summit website, but we will keep it open for as long as we reasonably can. While the website remains open, you will always be able to access your sessions through it.

Missed the Free Pass window?

If you're on a Free Pass and the 48-hour window has closed on a session you wanted to see, upgrading to a Premium Pass restores access along with the rest of the summit content.

Planning your viewing

Once the schedule is released, you can browse it through the summit platform and mark the sessions you want to attend. Sessions are easiest to engage with live, but the replay windows are there so you don't miss anything if life gets in the way.
