What is your refund policy?
Summit ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once you've completed a purchase, the ticket price isn't returnable, even if you later decide not to attend.
We know that's a firm line, so it's worth explaining how we approach it and what your options are.
Why we run it this way
When you purchase a premium pass, you get access to everything immediately. The sessions, the resources, and any bonus materials included with your tier all unlock the moment your registration is confirmed. Because the product is delivered in full straight away, ticket purchases are non-refundable from that point.
Summits also involve significant upfront investment in production, speaker arrangements, platform setup, and the materials we provide. Ticket revenue is committed well before the summit runs.
What you can do instead
If life gets in the way and you can't attend during the live week, your access doesn't disappear:
- Premium Pass holders have an extended replay window, so you can come back to the sessions in your own time after the summit ends.
- Free Pass holders can upgrade to a Premium Pass at any time to gain replay access if the 48-hour live window has closed.
If your circumstances have genuinely changed and you'd like to discuss options, email hello@futureative.com and we'll see what we can do. We can't offer refunds, but we'll do our best to help where it makes sense.
If something has gone wrong on our end
If you've been charged in error, made a duplicate purchase, or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, that's different. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
How to cancel your involvement
To formally cancel your involvement in a summit, email hello@futureative.com with your registration details. As above, the purchase price remains non-refundable, but we'll update our records on your behalf.
