What payment methods do you accept, and when am I charged?

Accepted payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment provider. We may also offer PayPal as an option for some purchases.

We don't process direct deposits or bank transfers for ticket purchases. All payments go through the checkout.

When you're charged

  • Free Pass: No charge.
  • Premium Pass: Payment is taken immediately at checkout. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you have full access to everything included in your tier.
  • Group purchases: Payment is taken at checkout in the same way, in a single transaction for the full order.

Currency and GST

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST exclusive. Where applicable, GST is calculated and applied at checkout in line with Australian tax law. For services provided outside Australia, GST generally doesn't apply. The final amount you'll be charged is shown before you confirm payment.

Receipts and invoices

You'll receive an automatic receipt as soon as your payment is processed, suitable for expense reporting or company records. Invoices are generated automatically through our payment system; there's no manual process required.

If you need a copy of a receipt or invoice later, or need any details adjusted (for example, a company name or ABN), email hello@futureative.com and we'll sort it out.

Other Futureative purchases

Summit tickets are billed through Stripe at checkout on the summit registration page (described above).

  • Merchandise is billed separately through the Futureative merch store at shop.futureative.com. The store uses its own checkout.
  • Front Row Membership is billed through Substack at futureative.substack.com. Your subscription, billing, and payment details are managed in your Substack account.
