Can I upgrade my pass after registering?

Yes. Everyone starts with a Free Pass, so upgrading is the standard path to a premium tier.

How it works

Every attendee registers for a Free Pass first. Premium passes are add-ons that build on top of that. So when you "upgrade," you're adding premium access to the Free Pass account you already have.

How to upgrade

1. Log in to your summit account.
2. Look for the Upgrade or Premium Pass options in your dashboard.
3. Complete the payment process.
4. Access to all premium inclusions unlocks immediately.

When you can upgrade

You can upgrade at any time, during the summit or after it. Premium access kicks in straight after payment, so there's no delay.

Upgrading between premium tiers

If you've already upgraded to one premium tier and later want to move to a higher one, you can. We'll help you upgrade so you only pay the difference between the two tiers; you won't be charged the full price of the new pass on top of what you've already paid.

A note on downgrades

We can't facilitate downgrades. Once you've upgraded to a premium tier, that's the tier you stay on. This aligns with our refund policy: as soon as a premium pass is purchased, you receive immediate access to everything included, so the purchase isn't reversible.

Why start with a Free Pass?

Plenty of attendees prefer to experience the live summit on a Free Pass first and then decide whether premium access is worth it once they've seen the format. The upgrade path stays open the whole time, so there's no pressure to commit upfront.
