How do I access the summit platform once I've registered?
We use a magic link login system. There's no password to remember; you sign in with a link sent to your email.
Signing in:
- Go to the summit website. The link is in your registration confirmation email, and you may have bookmarked it when you signed up.
- Click the Login button in the top navigation bar.
- Select I'm an attendee and enter the email address you registered with.
- Click Send Login Link.
- Check your inbox for an email titled "Sign in to [event name]".
- Click Sign in now in that email to access the platform.
The login link is valid for a short window after it's sent. If it expires before you use it, just request a new one through the same steps.
If the email doesn't arrive:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Confirm you're using the same email address you registered with
- Wait a couple of minutes; it can occasionally take a moment to come through
