I didn't receive my confirmation email - what should I do?


If you haven't received your confirmation or registration email, try these steps:

Check Your Email Folders First, check your spam/junk/promotions folders as event emails sometimes get filtered there.


Request a Magic Link Since our platform uses a magic link system for access, you don't necessarily need the original confirmation email. You can:


  • Go to the summit website
  • Click "Login"
  • Enter your registration email address
  • Click "Send Login Link" to get a fresh access email

Be Aware of Multiple Requests If you've clicked the 'Send Login Link' button more than once, you might find your inbox flooded with login emails. Just be aware that clicking the link in an older email may not work. Always use the most recent email you receive.


Contact the Event Organiser If you still can't access your account or receive emails, reach out directly to us. We can help sort out issues like email typos during registration or other access problems.


Double-Check Your Email Address Make sure you're using the exact same email address you registered with, as our platform requires the login email to match your registration email.


Important Note Unlike traditional platforms that rely heavily on confirmation emails, our platform's magic link system means you can access your event account even if you never received the original confirmation email - just request a new login link from the summit website using your registration email address.
