I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

A few things to try, in order.

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders

Event emails sometimes get filtered, especially the first one from a new sender. This is the most common reason confirmation emails appear to be missing.

Request a magic link instead

Because we use a magic link system, you don't actually need the original confirmation email to get into the platform. You can request fresh access at any time:

  1. Go to the summit website
  2. Click Login
  3. Enter the email address you registered with
  4. Click Send Login Link

A new login email will be sent through.

Use the most recent email

If you've clicked Send Login Link more than once, your inbox might end up with several login emails. Older links stop working once a newer one has been sent, so always use the most recent email.

Double-check your email address

The address you use to log in needs to be the exact one you registered with. Even small differences like a typo or an alternate address won't match. If you suspect you registered with a different address, try that one instead.

Still nothing?

If you've worked through the above and still can't get in, email hello@futureative.com. Common causes we can sort out from our end include a typo at registration, a forwarding issue, or an address that's been flagged by your email provider.

Worth knowing

Unlike platforms that rely on the original confirmation email, our magic link system means you can access your account at any time using your registration email. The first confirmation isn't required for entry; it's just helpful context.
